2. How is your RMA rate?
Our RMA rate is less than 0.5% normally.
3. What is your warranty?
Our warranty time is 13 months.
4. What about your warranty policy?
You just need offer the barcode list of the defective units, if the RMA rate is reasonable (less 1%), we will offer you the replacement ones directly in your next order or deduct the cost directly from your next order, and you don't need send it back. If the RMA rate is unnormal (more than 1%), we will have a deeply negotiation with you and then find a best solution, but any way we will be responsible for any our quality problems.
5. How do you control your quality?
We have the professional machines to make the adapters, this made us can promise the much better quality than the small factories. We also have the mature and strict quality control system. We totally have 21 quality control points from the material incoming to goods delivery. And we only buy the completely new components from the professional factories or standard brand agents. We signed the quality contract with them all.
